Yes! You can cancel or reschedule appointments through the app. Please note the stylist's cancellation policy — some require 24-48 hours notice. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations.
KrownLink is free for clients — no membership or subscription fees. When a stylist requires a deposit to secure your appointment, a small €1.99 service fee is added at checkout. This covers secure payment processing and platform upkeep. The stylist receives 100% of the deposit — KrownLink never takes a commission from their earnings.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Some stylists require a deposit at booking to secure your time slot — a €1.99 service fee is added to cover payment processing. The full deposit goes directly to the stylist with zero commission. The remaining balance is paid to the stylist at your appointment.
Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, the industry-leading payment processor used by companies like Amazon and Shopify. KrownLink never stores your card details. All data is encrypted with bank-level TLS security.
